Interesting to see an article in today's Guardian reminding people of the Montserrat disaster and the recovery challenge being faced. PTCS has, twice in recent years, had the pleasure of visiting the beautiful island to advise on strategic policy making and the management of large infrastructure projects.

Optimism about geothermal energy opportunities need to be balanced by an understanding of the logistical challenges when the only town, the only harbour, the airport, and the majority of the industry and agricultural areas are all lost at the same time.
