SERVICES // 01 Our Team
Our team was established in 2010. We previously worked together leading a central UK Government net running cost unit that successfully bid for, and delivered, learning and development contracts sustaining a turnover of £2 million per annum.
Since establishing PTCS we are pleased to have continued to work with a wide variety of clients, in the UK and internationally bringing our many years experience designing and facilitating bespoke programmes for the public (and private) sector.
As a leadership team in the Civil Service, we were pleased to be recognised in the Vision 100 awards for our own visionary leadership. And our ambition is peak performance, by us, for our clients, every time.
SERVICES // 03 Team events
We help clients plan, design, facilitate and evaluate their team events.
We work with small teams to large organisations and help them to get the most from their learning investment. We enjoy working with our clients to construct the team events that deliver the highest impact in the most efficient and effective way possible.
We have a hard fought for reputation for designing and delivering interactive, added value team events. And we understand that having fun and making a real difference in team ambition and performance are not mutually exclusive.

Our consultancy services can help clients in a number of ways.
As learning and development specialists we can help clients understand and meet genuiine learning needs. And we can help evaluate the investment made.
As CIPD recognised HR professionals we can advise on equality, diversity, negotiation, leadership, recruitment and appraisal issues and much more.
And as qualified organisation development professionals we advise on strategy and business planning using systematic approaches enabling sustained organisation performance.
SERVICES // 04 Delivery
We design interventions that meet client need. Our successful programmes range from short "bite-size" sessions of less than two hours to in depth modular programmes delivered over a number of months.
Our learning opportunities are not limited to class room delivery. We are happy to include learning solutions that use the outdoors, work with actors, is blended with e-learning, is provided via VOIP, uses action learning and co-coaching solutions, is based on appreciative inquiry approaches ... we positively enjoy looking at creative and innovative ways to meet client learning needs.
