People, Team and Change Solutions Ltd: Statement of Company Policy on the prevention of bribery and corruption in line with the Bribery Act 2010.

Directors, together with any employees and individuals acting on the organisation's behalf are responsible for maintaining the organisation's reputation and for conducting company business honestly and professionally.
People, Team and Change Solutions Ltd., considers that bribery and corruption is detrimental to business and undermines good governance by distorting free markets.
People, Team and Change Solutions Ltd., benefits from carrying out business in a transparent and ethical way and helping to ensure that there is honest, open and fair competition in developing people, teams and organisations. Our commitment to transparent and ethical business is reflected in the fact that we regularly work with senior members of overseas governments and NGO’s to train and advise them on anti-corruption.
People, Team and Change Solutions Ltd., does not tolerate any form of bribery, whether direct or indirect, by, or of, its directors, employees, officers, agents or consultants or any persons or companies acting for it or on its behalf. The directors are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems throughout the organisation to prevent, monitor and eliminate bribery, in accordance with the Bribery Act 2010.
People, Team and Change Solutions Ltd’s anti-bribery policy applies to all directors, employees, agents, consultants and contractors, both in the UK and overseas. It is expected that any individual or agent acting for the organisation will be required to familiarise themselves and comply with the organisation's anti-bribery policy with immediate effect.
A bribe is a financial advantage or other reward that is offered to, given to, or received by an individual or company (whether directly or indirectly) to induce or influence that individual or company to perform public or corporate functions or duties improperly. Anyone acting for or on behalf of People, Team and Change Solutions Ltd., is strictly prohibited from making, soliciting or receiving any bribes or unauthorised payments.
As part of its anti-bribery measures, People, Team and Change Solutions Ltd., is committed to transparent, proportionate, reasonable and bona fide hospitality and promotional expenditure. Any such expenditure must be authorised by the managing director in advance, in accordance with the company’s position on anti-bribery.
The directors of People, Team and Change Solutions Ltd., are fully committed to this policy and should be notified immediately if any person or agent acting on behalf of the company thinks they have been offered a bribe. In such an event we will inform the person or persons offering the bribe that such a practice is unacceptable to us, raise the matter with a senior person in that organisation and threaten to withdraw from the bid. If necessary, and if the offer of a bribe can be evidenced, we will go public and present the evidence to the relevant anti-corruption body.
We will conduct an annual self-evaluation of our progress in implementing this policy and update it where required (next review April 2021).
